Need a Substitute

One of the features that differentiates BNI from other networking groups is the commitment each member gives to their fellow members; you undertake to be at each and every meeting.  No other networking group has such a rule.

Now, of course, that rule [in isolation] is not practical, but the solution is.  The solution: You simply invite a member of another BNI Chapter to 'sub' for you. This simple arrangement increases the 'subs' exposure to yet more local businesses, potentially doubling their possibility of gaining additional business.  What's more they have their breakfast paid for by the absent member; a double benefit!
